Mammaplasty is the plastic surgery procedure used for reducing the size of large and sagging breasts. Breasts in motion fluctuate and cause chronic problems especially of cervical and thoracic spine.

When can be mammoplasty performed?
Reduction mammaplasty is performed to three groups of women:

• First group - young women from 18 to 27, who did not breastfeed yet! They have a congenital hypertrophy of the mammary gland, which is associated with the adipose tissue. Breasts are oversized and often situated very low. Breasts are full, but still unsightly, often asymmetric. Girls who are not able to deal with this condition are frustrated and clamouring for the drastic reduction and breast shaping.


• Second group - women who breastfeed and possibly lost a weight. Breasts that have been originally larger, but nicely shaped, dropped after repeated breast-feeding, which caused stretch marks and asymmetry. Women require a slight reduction, lift, shape modification and correction of asymmetry.


• Third group - women after menopause, whose breasts enlarged and noticeably decreased. Breasts tend to be large, sagging, and mostly symmetrical. The breast mass is composed mainly of fat. Women are becoming less skilful and therefore often require radical reduction, often by several numbers.

This procedure is appropriate for patients who are satisfied with the size of their breasts but not with their shape and strength. Breast shape depends on many factors; especially on the elasticity of the skin, sudden changes in body weight, number of pregnancies and the duration of breast-feeding.  The skin elasticity decreases gradually by the age and the breasts often lose their original shape and strength.
Who is this procedure for?
Mastopexy is suitable for women who meet at least two of the following criteria: sagging breasts that have lost their strength, nipples and areola pointing downward.

When can be lift performed?
Facelift is a type of cosmetic surgery procedure sought by clients with irreversible loss of elasticity of skin and collagen, which is situated between the skin and muscle membranes of facial muscles. This condition is reflected by the appearance of wrinkles around mouth, skin overhangs around the jaw or drooping eyebrows...It occurs in both men and women during their fifties, in women with a genetic predisposition earlier. The range of lifting is adjusted to the individual finding on the face. The result of this surgical lifting is: a facial rejuvenation, improvement of skin quality and facial mimicry, removal of facial aesthetic disharmony acquired by age.

Gynecomastia is an abnormal enlargement of breast tissue in males. Slight enlargement of the mammary gland in boys during puberty is completely normal and does not require treatment - it will disappear over time. However, sometimes it persists to the adulthood. Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts. The enlargement of the breast tissue may also occur in adulthood, most often associated with the use of steroid anabolic. Sometimes it is just the fat tissue - then we talk about pseudogynekomastia.
Surgery for gynecomastia requires general anesthesia. During the surgery, the entire enlarged gland is removed; drains are inserted and removed the next day. Combination of gynecomastia and pseudogynekomastia is performed either at one session, or after several months.

Blepharoplasty improves the appearance of the upper or lower eyelids. It’s the only way of correcting defects, deformities, disfigurations of the eyelids and for aesthetically modifying the eye region of the face.
When can be blepharoplasty performed?
Droopy upper eyelids and bags under the eyes mostly appear as the result to shrinking of the skin with loss of collagen and multiplication of infraorbital fat. Exceptionally, however, this phenomenon is hereditary and affects some people at an earlier age. We perform these surgeries around the age of 45, the lower limit is 25 years and the upper limit for healthy clients tends to be very high - over 80. Blepharoplasty is a frequent type of surgery sought mostly by women. However, the number of men who want to solve their problems with bags under their eyes radically increased.

Labiaplasty is a plastic surgery procedure for altering the inner and outer labia. For some women, the small labia grow oversized, asymmetrical or atypically shaped during the adolescence. The main causes of these changes are sex and growth hormones or the genetic predisposition. In case of this problem, the small labia protrude from the large labia which cause excessive drying, mechanical irritation and formation of tiny wounds, which cause an infection (usually bacterial or fungal), swelling or pain. Aesthetic site is important for girls who shave their pubic hair and wear fine lingerie.

Liposuction is a type of cosmetic surgery which “sucks” fat from various possible parts of the body, most commonly the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, neck, chin, upper and backs of the arms, calves, and back. Liposuction is not a cure for obesity! Normal eating habits are necessary for doing a liposuction. In the case of high energy intake and low energy expenditure fat accumulates in other parts of the body.
When can be liposuction performed?
Liposuction is performed only in adults and healthy clients. Assuming suction of fat to 1,5l we operate under local anesthesia with sedatives. For example:  facial and chin liposuction, liposuction of lower abdomen, outer or inner thigh area, knees etc.

General anesthesia is used in the case of extraction of congenital lipoma on the thighs and knees and requires internal preoperative examination. Liposuction is not suitable in areas containing stretch marks and for the elder patients. In these cases, it is required to take a current consumption of the skin, such as on the inner thighs, the buttocks and the abdomen.

Chin liposuction

Liposuction is the suction of subcutaneous fat by special liposuction cannulas connected to vacuum hose and a calibrated cylinder which is used to measure the quality and quantity of liposuction. The purpose of liposuction is body shaping in individuals with predisposing deposition of the fat around the buttocks, the inner and outer thighs, around her knees, in the lower abdomen, around the waist in men or above scars, etc.

Otoplasty is a cosmetic surgery procedure for correcting the deformities and defects of the ears. This procedure corrects protruding, misshapen, oversized or asymmetrical ears.
When can be otoplasty performed?
Surgery of protruding ears is the most performed type of otoplasty. This procedure can be done for children from 6 years old. We mostly do these procedures for teenagers, but also for seniors (after hair thinning). In principle, it is advisable to operate when protruding ears start to disturb the harmony of the face, specifically when protruding ears divert attention from the face itself.

Rhinoplasty is a plastic surgery procedure for correcting and reconstructing the form, restoring the functions, and aesthetically enhancing the nose. This procedure is mostly used for reduction of the nose or its part, such as the tip of the nose or the nasal bridge, narrowing or repositioning.

When can be rhinoplasty performed?
Rhinoplasty can be performed in both men and women, specifically in individuals with completed skeletal growth. Disharmony of facial shape and size of the nose visible when viewed from the front and from profile is usually the indicator of needed surgery. By this procedure patients achieve facial refinement and rejuvenation. After rhinoplasty, other facial features like eyes, mouth and cheekbones excel. Procedure is possible at any age, preferably from 18 to 40 years.  With patients over 40 we proceed prudently and less radically. Successfully performed rhinoplasty is a great benefit for facial aesthetics.

If the dermatologist doesn’t s say otherwise, it is necessary to remove the mole surgically. The skin around the mole is locally deadened and then the mole it painlessly "cut" and sewn. Stitches are removed after 7-10 days and for better healing can be applied laser biostimulation. Scar ages for about 6 months, and during this period it is necessary to avoid sunlight. Scars can be treated by Erbium laser.
